To the team @ljhookercessnock, Thank you so much for your efforts yesterday with getting a plumber out to fix the hot water system pipes and the tapes in the main bathroom. The plumber did a great job and was very quick and polite. Again thank you for getting things sorted as quick as you guys did.

Throughout the couple of years LJ Hooker has been managing my property, I have been extremely happy with the service provided. Although I have always been very happy with any of the property managers at LJ Cessnock, I wanted to highlight the amazing job Sophie Finlay does. A while ago Sophie took over managing my property and I could not be more happy with her! Sophie always shows great communication skills and is extremely professional. Sophie always keeps me updated on the property, no matter how big or small. She will follow up with me if she feels I am taking to long to get back to her etc. I really appreciate this as sometimes as a landlord it is hard to determine how urgent some matters are to the tenant/ property and it's great that I can rely on Sophie to chase me if she has concerns. Prior to having my property managed by LJ, I had another real estate managing my property, and who would not keep me updated and would often let small issues turn into big issues before advising me of issues. I know how valuable a great manager is and I am so thankful to have Sophie as my property manager. Thank you,
