Training is a crucial part of any learning process, The team enjoyed our training day at Momentum, put on by the LJ Hooker Network, in the Hunter Valley last week.
The focus off this training for our local network, was to explore collaboration's with the dedicated sponsors and other colleague's in the LJ Hooker Network, discover cutting edge offerings and services with connections that can propel your success within the real estate industry, In an ever changing market, it is important for real estate agents to continue to evolve.
The training incorporated customised workshops for the Property Management and Sales teams, as well as the training offering two key note speakers. The team thoroughly enjoyed both speakers Kieran Flanagan and Nigel Dalton.
Kieran Flanagan spoke about unravelling the secrets to enduring success amidst technological upheavals and delving into crucial skill sets, from story telling to conflict management.
Nigel Dalton spoke about how to explore the transformative power or AI and unveil how individual's can leverage AI to supercharge innovation and navigate the challenge's of our rapidly changing era.
