Christmas Closure Notice and Important Information. We wish to advise that our office will be closed from Friday 20th December 2024 at 5pm will re-open at 9:00am on Tuesday 7th January 2025. Should you experience any emergency maintenance issues (not general maintenance that can wait until the 7th January), the following tradespeople will be on call over the close down period. These tradespeople have indicated to our office they are available for genuine emergencies over the time the office is closed, Please note that these tradespeople will ascertain how urgent the job is and decide on when they will need to attend to the work in consultation with you. Please note a lot of suppliers are closed at this time and there may be delays with supplies and or materials for our trades. Our tradespeople are also enjoying the festive season, so in some instances you may need to call and leave a message and they will get back to you within 24 hours. Emails will only be read when we re-open on the 7th of January 2025 and replied to within 48 hours as per our normal policy for emails. Friendly reminder that rental payments are still required to be paid as usual and as per the terms and conditions of your lease and these will be receipted and monitored over the close down period. Zero arrears policy will still be in place and legislation will be followed for non-payment. Please take note of public holidays and banking trading hours to ensure your rental makes it to us by the due date. If you are going away travel safe, ensure your property is secure and someone is collecting your mail. This is also a timely reminder about tenant’s contents insurance. The landlord’s insurance does not cover your personal items and belongings and we highly recommend that you should have insurance cover in place if you haven’t already.
